Users agree to use the websites only for lawful purposes. Users may not use the websites to post, submit or transmit any text, graphics, images, software, music, audio, video, information or other material that: (i) infringes, misappropriates or violates Company, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, or a third-party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances (including but not limited to activities that promote or provide instructional information regarding the manufacture or purchase of illegal weapons or illegal substances).

Preferred Communication Methods

Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, and/or distribution of the material are acts of copyright infringement and make the Client liable for civil law copyright infringement and may in certain circumstances make the Client liable for criminal prosecution. The Client also understands that the material is solely for their own use and may not be passed on.
  • All rights, title, and interest in and to Company Platforms and Services, including websites, portals, existing or future applications, APIs,databases, and the content provided by Company's employees or partners through their services, are and will remain the exclusive property of Company or its partners. These Platforms and Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the country and foreign countries.
  • Nothing grants any person any rights to use the Company name or any of their trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions provided regarding Company or their services is entirely voluntary and Company will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as they see fit and without any obligation to the Client.
While using any of Company's platforms or Services, the Client may not:
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-client areas of the platform (including content storage), Company’s computer systems, or any private systems owned and/or operated by Company
  • Disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the platforms related to security or probe, scan, or the vulnerability of any of Company’s systems
  • Copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content within Company’s platform or services

Linking Between Websites

We do not assume responsibility for the security of our websites or your communications with them. Linking other sites to ours without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. While we may allow some links for convenience, we do not endorse or take responsibility for any non-affiliated sites linked to ours. You bear all risks from using such sites.

Jurisdiction and Legal Provisions

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our designated jurisdiction, irrespective of any conflict of laws principles. We reserve the right to enforce specific provisions within these Terms, and such non-enforcement at any time shall not constitute a waiver of our rights under these agreements. Financial Transaction

We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore offer a cancellation and refund policy for your peace of mind. Within the first 14 working days of your initial purchase, you have the option to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, provided you have not extensively used the paid service. Please note that any amounts paid in advance are generally non-refundable, except where expressly stated otherwise. Our aim is to ensure fairness and transparency in all transactions, and we strive to address any concerns promptly and efficiently.

Process of Cancellation

You have the freedom to cancel your Company membership at any time, with or without cause. However, if you cancel before the current subscription period ends, we won't refund any fees already paid. Exceptions to this policy may apply in certain circumstances. To terminate your recurring subscription, adjust your payment settings within your Company account profile. Upon cancellation, access to all enrolled products will cease at the end of the billing cycle. Should you decide to rejoin as a paying member, your billing cycle will reset accordingly. If your subscription is managed by a third party, cancellation may need to be processed through them.

Membership Account

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping this account and its associated passwords confidential. Ensure you restrict access to your computer and/or account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and/or passwords.
Except for personal data or sensitive personal data which is protected under our Privacy Policy, any content you transmit or post to the Site is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We have no obligations regarding such material.
